Zable Fisher Public Relations Terms and Conditions

You will receive an e-mail with a potential referral. If this referral becomes a client, you will be responsible for paying us referral fees of 10% of monthly retainers (10% per month, based on the number of months the client agrees to, in your Client Agreement).  Monthly retainer referral fee is due for only up to the first 12 months of the monthly client agreement or 15% of project work. Referral fees are payable by credit card or check. Referral fees paid by check are payable, in full, upon execution of a Client Contract for either retainer work or project work. Only monthly retainer work referral fees may be paid monthly (initial payment will be processed upon execution of Client Contract, and additional monthly payments will be processed at the beginning of each month). Credit card payment for project work referral fees are to be paid in full upon execution of a Client Contract.

Zable Fisher Public Relations must be provided with a signed copy of your Client Contract upon its execution.
